Job Description

1. Regulatory Standards Integration: Implement compliance frameworks (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and embed regulatory requirements in factory processes.
2. Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal and mock audits to ensure the factory is always “audit-ready” and meets inspection standards.
3. Real-Time Monitoring: Use IoT and data analytics to monitor food safety systems and
address deviations immediately.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with R&D, maintenance, and sustainability
teams to innovate while maintaining compliance.
5. Training Programs: Build a compliance culture through workshops, employee training,
and ambassador programs.

Job Description

Windows Workstation Administration & Support:
● Install and update software on Windows workstations.
● Provide help desk support and troubleshoot hardware & system issues.
Network Planning & Management:
● Arrange cabling, prepare specifications, and liaise with managers for quotations.
● Supervise the installation and configuration of network hardware.
● Manage network rack by patching connections as required to ensure seamless
connectivity.
● Create and manage IP addresses and network configurations.

Job Description

1. Manage orders from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok), including order
processing, cancellations, returns, and tracking updates.
2. Monitor stock availability and update product listings accordingly.
3. Ensure product information (descriptions, pricing, images) is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and complaints on all platforms
professionally and promptly.
6. Resolve post-sales issues (returns, refunds, missing items) efficiently.
