Spicy Chicken Katsu with Black Pepper Sauce

Crispy chicken coated in Puteri Tepung Goreng Pedas, served with rich Puteri Sos Pepper Black — simple and satisfying!

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts/thighs

  • 6 tbsp Puteri Tepung Goreng Pedas

  • 3 tbsp water

  • Oil for frying

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Puteri Sos Pepper Black

  • (Optional: 1 tsp butter + 2 tbsp milk)

Sides:

  • Rice, shredded cabbage, lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Flatten chicken, coat in tepung goreng + water.
  2. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Heat sauce in a pan (add butter/milk if creamy preferred).
  4. Slice chicken, drizzle with pepper sauce, serve with rice & salad.
