Ingredients

  • 1 block of silken tofu (chilled or steamed warm)
  • 2–3 tbsp Puteri Kicap Cair
  • 1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp fried shallots (optional garnish)
  • ½ red chili, sliced thin (optional for color)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu:
    • Carefully remove silken tofu from the packaging. Place it on a serving plate.
    • You can serve it chilled or steam it for 5 minutes for a warm version.
  2. Add Sauce & Garnish:
    • Drizzle Puteri Kicap Cair evenly over the tofu.
    • Top with spring onions, fried shallots, and sliced red chili.
  3. Serve:
    •  Serve as a side dish with rice or as a refreshing cold appetiser.
