Ingredients

  • Lasagna pieces (boil first if not instant)
  • Cooked ground chicken
  • Puteri Cili Giling (already ready with a spicy & sour taste—no need to add more!)
  • Puteri Oyster Sauce
  • Puteri Thick Soy Sauce
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chicken with Puteri Cili Giling, oyster sauce, and thick soy sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a foil container (suitable for air fryer):
    • A layer of tomato sauce
    • Lasagna pieces
    • Chicken core
    • Cheese
      (Repeat up to 2-3 layers, finally sprinkle cheese on top)
      Cook at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
    • For a crispier top, add the last 2-3 minutes at 180°C.
    • Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut & eat. Crispy on top, soft inside!
