Bake until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy. Serve with Puteri Chili Sauce for an even better taste!
For the Chicken:
300g boneless chicken
5 tbsp Puteri Tepung Goreng Ayam Pedas
3 tbsp water
Oil for frying
Toppings & Buns:
Coat chicken with Puteri Tepung + water.
Deep fry until crispy.
Steam bao.
Assemble with lettuce, chicken, sambal garing & mayo.
Serve hot!
