Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 300g boneless chicken

  • 5 tbsp Puteri Tepung Goreng Ayam Pedas

  • 3 tbsp water

  • Oil for frying

Toppings & Buns:

  • Ready-made bao or homemade bao
  • Lettuce/cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Puteri Sambal Garing Ikan Bilis
  • Mayo (optional)

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with Puteri Tepung + water.

  2. Deep fry until crispy.

  3. Steam bao.

  4. Assemble with lettuce, chicken, sambal garing & mayo.

  5. Serve hot!
