Ingredients

For the Chicken Skewers:

  • 500g boneless chicken (thigh or breast), cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, for light caramelization)
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

 

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • Puteri Chilli Sauce

 

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine chicken with garlic, ginger, oil, and honey (if using).
    • Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours in the fridge.
  2. Skewer and Cook:
    • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
    • Grill, pan-fry, or bake at 200°C (about 20 minutes), turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Serve:
    • Arrange skewers on a plate and serve with the Puteri Cili Giling dip on the side.
