Samosa sardin

Samosa Sardin ialah pastri rangup segi tiga yang dipenuhi dengan campuran sardin pedas. Rangup di luar, sedap dan berperisa di dalam.

Bahan-bahan

  • 1 tin sardin
  • 1 biji bawang kecil (dicincang)
  • 1 ulas bawang putih (kisar)
  • 1 sudu besar minyak masak
  • 1 sudu besar sos cili puteri (pilihan, untuk tendangan tambahan)
  • Garam & lada sulah secukup rasa
  • Bawang besar atau ketumbar (dicincang, pilihan)
  • Lembaran pastri Samosa (dibeli di kedai atau buatan sendiri)
  • Campuran tepung dan air (untuk menutup tepi)
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng / Air fryer

Arahan

  1. Prepare Filling:
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
    • Add sardines (break them up with a spoon), and mash slightly.
    • Add Puteri chilli sauce, salt & pepper. Mix well.
    • Cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly dry. Let it cool.

 

  1. Pasang Samosa:
    • Take a samosa sheet and fold it into a cone shape.
    • Fill with sardine mixture, then seal edges with flour paste. Repeat for all.
  2. Masak
    • Deep fry until golden brown, or
    • Air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 mins (brush lightly with oil)
